The hotel is located in a quieter residential area, but it's close to Porterhouse restaurant which provides a good dining option. It's also convenient for those who want to visit nearby attractions like Volcan Masaya. There's a nearby cafe where you can get a quick coffee. the room was decent, though not the cleanest, and the bathroom had some maintenance issues. the service was average, not particularly friendly nor rude. the breakfast was okay, not great but not bad either. it's an average hotel.
The furniture in the room looked outdated and old-fashioned, which made the experience a little uncomfortable.

The hotel was very accommodating for our early flight, allowing us to order food even after the kitchen was closed. the rooms were clean with air conditioning, and the staff was lovely. the location was great, with convenient stores nearby. A little gem in the city!
The hotel was a bit pricey, especially for lunch, but we paid for the convenience of not going out. the hotel could use some attention to detail, like upgrading the bedding and fixing broken lights.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area surrounded by beautiful houses. The breakfast was good with enough options to choose from. , the staff was kind and helpful which made our stay enjoyable.
Although the location was nice, it was not close to any restaurants or attractions. It was difficult to get around and we had to rely on transportation to go anywhere.
